Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products of equal or higher value within 7 days of delivery. The exchange process is similar to returns.

Same Value Exchange

Exchange your product for another item of the same value at no additional cost. We will arrange pickup of the original item and delivery of the new one.

Higher Value Exchange

Want to exchange for a higher-priced item? Simply pay the price difference and we'll process the exchange. Shipping is free for the new item.

Size/Color Exchange

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll arrange a free exchange if the item is available in stock.

Refund Process

Inspection Period

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, we can issue a bank transfer.

Refund Amount

Full product price will be refunded. If the return is due to customer preference (not product defect), return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Notification

You will receive email and SMS notifications at each stage of the return and refund process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please follow these steps for immediate resolution:

Report Within 24 Hours

Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.

Immediate Replacement

We will arrange for immediate pickup of the damaged item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Full Refund Option

If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, we will process a full refund within 2-3 business days after pickup.

Important Notes

Return Shipping: For returns due to product defects or our error, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Proof of Purchase: Please keep your invoice/receipt safe as it is required for processing returns and exchanges.

Inspection Photos: We may request photos of the product before approving a return to verify its condition.

Original Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.
